AVX India provides professional Audio Visual (AV), Smart Classroom, Digital Teaching, Studio and Collaboration solutions across India.
Our products and solutions may include Interactive Flat Panels, Smartboards/Digital Boards, PTZ Cameras, Microphones, Trolley Stands, AV Accessories, Video Conferencing Equipment, Smart Classroom Solutions, Conference/Meeting/Boardroom Solutions, Online Teaching Studios, Podcast/YouTube Studios and Acoustic/Soundproofing Solutions.
Certain products and solutions may require professional installation, commissioning, configuration or training.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Product images may be representative. Actual appearance, packaging, accessories, software interface or specifications may vary according to manufacturer revisions, model variants or availability.
Specifications provided by manufacturers may change without prior notice.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, prices may or may not include applicable GST, transportation, installation, commissioning, civil work, electrical work, networking, acoustic work, accessories or other project-related costs.
The final applicable price will be the price confirmed on the order confirmation, invoice or accepted quotation.
4. Orders
An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase and is subject to acceptance by AVX India.
AVX India reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as pricing or listing errors, product discontinuation, stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraudulent transactions, delivery restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons.
If payment has already been received for an order that AVX India subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
5. Payments
Available payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway, credit/debit cards, net banking or other payment options displayed during checkout.
Orders may be processed only after successful payment confirmation, unless AVX India has expressly approved credit or other commercial terms in writing.
6. Shipping & Delivery
AVX India serves customers across India, subject to product and service availability.
Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, customer location, logistics partner, order quantity and installation requirements.
Delivery timelines provided at the time of ordering are estimates unless expressly committed otherwise in writing.
Customers should provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
Large Interactive Flat Panels, Smartboards and other high-value AV equipment may require specialized transportation and handling.
7. Installation & Site Readiness
For products requiring installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation location is accessible and reasonably site-ready.
Depending upon the project, prerequisites may include suitable electrical supply, earthing, networking, wall strength, mounting space, furniture, civil works, internet connectivity and other infrastructure.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately after customer approval.
8. Warranty
Products sold by AVX India may carry a manufacturer, OEM, distributor or AVX India warranty, depending upon the product.
Warranty period and coverage vary by brand and model.
Customers should refer to the product page, invoice, quotation or warranty document for applicable warranty conditions.
Warranty generally does not cover accidental or physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair/modification, electrical damage caused by improper supply or earthing, normal wear and tear, consumables or damage caused by circumstances excluded by the applicable manufacturer/OEM warranty.
Manufacturer/OEM warranty conditions will apply where the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer/OEM.
9. Customized Projects
Smart Classroom, Conference Room, Boardroom, Meeting Room, Online Teaching Studio, Podcast/YouTube Studio, Acoustic/Soundproofing and other system-integration projects may be customized according to customer requirements.
Customized/project orders may involve equipment procurement, design, fabrication, installation, integration, configuration and manpower commitments.
Cancellation and refund eligibility for such projects will therefore depend upon the project stage and the written quotation/order terms, subject always to applicable consumer law.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content including text, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, logos and other original AVX India materials is owned by or licensed to AVX India unless otherwise stated.
Third-party product names, trademarks and logos including those of manufacturers and technology partners remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as transferring intellectual-property rights to users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVX India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, unauthorized modifications, third-party services, customer infrastructure failures or circumstances reasonably outside AVX India’s control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any jurisdiction provision stated here is subject to mandatory rights and forums available to consumers under applicable law.
